Caron, JohannesburgThanks so much. He loves them in the car with his head out the window, and walks a few steps with them on and then wants them off. He prefers them on with his head in the wind. Lol. Thank you though.

Claire, JohannesburgMy special 5 month old, deaf baby, Luna Logan is now comfortable wearing her fancy pink Doggles. Being a white pittie, she is at risk of getting skin cancer. I can smother her in sunblock, but the Doggles are a must for protecting her sensitive eyes.
I'm sure you will be hearing from me when she has grown up so that I can get her some adult Doggles too! |
Marelé, Cape TownLeonard with his new Doggles.

Michelle, Pretoria [2nd August 2017]Herewith photos of Poekels with his Doggles.
He looks so cute and I must tell you he was the main attraction on Saturday. Firstly because he was riding moto-bike and then they all saw his Doggles … I tell you everyone was taking pictures we felt like celebrities! :-) |
Claire, Johannesburg[This is Chance.] Due to the fact that [he has] a form of skin cancer brought about by sun damage to the unpigmented areas of his eyes, he could not [expose his eyes to] the sun again ever. So, I bought him the Doggles.
I adopted Chance 3 years ago from Pets Empowerment in Townships in Cape Town. He had been abused and used in dog fights. Recently I noticed that he had a lump on his one leg. The vet removed the tumour and mentioned that he would need to see a specialist at the JHB Animal Eye Clinic due to a small lump on his one eyelid. The specialist confirmed that he did have a few small tumours on both eyelids. We were then referred to Dr Crewe who is the expert in the treatment of various cancers in small animals by using radiation. Chance has now had 14 sessions of radiation and the tumours have just about disappeared. Dr Crewe is very happy that [Chance] is now wearing [Doggles] when he goes outside. She has even included his case (and pictures of him wearing his Doggles) in a lecture that she has given at Onderstepoort Veterinary University. |
Derek, RandburgPlease find attached a pic of my SAR K9 in training – Dimple (Choc Lab) – sporting your Doggles.
Action pic's are not always easy to come by as we are usually working unless someone else is with us and able to take pic's, but every now and again we get lucky – will send on to you as and when they are available. |
Robynne, DurbanMy dogs at the beach in their designer Doggles.
I've been told the 1st pic looks like a Minion. LOL |
Nicolette, PretoriaThis year started with such a bang that I am only now getting round to sending you some photos of my dogs with their doggles.
The big dog, Cullen, is a Kerry blue but unfortunately his black doggles are very well camouflaged underneath his fringe. For that reason I attach the tender moment between him and his sister Gia with his glasses on his forehead. Gia (lady in pink) and Jethro (the light blue model) are Affenpinschers and it was primarily with them in mind that I got the doggles. With the Eastern Cape wind, they get sand in their eyes and the more they try to clean it with their paws, the worse it gets. The doggles really help to solve that problem, and in the process attracts a whole lot of attention! |
Janet, BloemfonteinShe realised so quick this morning its better to ride with her goggles on than without them.
She is such a blessing in my life. Rescued her from the local SPCA in the week she was supposed to be put down. |
Ronnel, UmhlangaApologies for taking so long to send you a pic of Snowy with her Doggles on. Attached is a pic of her & her "dad". She is much better keeping them on for him than she is for me!!!

Elaine, Still BayQueenie is loving her Doggles and as you can see her eyes are open!
Queenie was at the vets at the beginning of the year to be euthanased as her owner could not keep her any longer. An animal welfare worker, Mrs Sandra Lotz, refused to allow this to happen and after a discussion with her owner offered to find Queenie a new home. Sandra then put Queenie on Facebook where I saw her little face and just fell in love with her. A few weeks later I was at the vets when Morne walked in and told me he was looking for a Yorkie or similar small breed dog to adopt! Instantly I thought of Queenie and after some frantic phone calls Morne went through to Riversdale to pick her up. It was love at first sight!! Originally meant for his daughter, Queenie now spends all day with her new daddy outside and then cuddles up to his daughter at night. I noticed that Queenie was always squinting outside and walked around with her eyes almost closed but I was told that at night they were fully open. It became obvious that the glare of the sun was hurting her eyes and a full blown hunt was undertaken to find her some special doggy sunglasses. I bought a pair for her on line from Furball pet products and they arrived within days!!! As you can see she is delighted with them and has no more runny sore eyes from the sun. |
Gene, LoxtonHere are some photo's of your doggles doing their job :-)

Patsy, Port AlfredThis is a picture of Lulu-belle wearing her doggles for the first time.
I was not sure whether they would be a waste of money or not when I ordered them but am happy to say they have made a big difference in a little daxie’s life and wouldn’t do without them. When I am driving no matter how the wind blows she hangs out the window with her red shades on and ears blowing in the wind and I’m sure she knows how cute she is. She gets lots of comments and attention which she just loves. |
Lizelle, Graaf ReinetPlease see attached as promised - long ago!
The old man never wanted to wear the Doggles - but the Pommie loves it. She also won a "dress-up" show in October with these Doggles. |

Roxanne, Westonaria, South AfricaI have attached photos of Marlow with the Doggles on for you. I will try to get a better picture for you though. Lukas, Harrismith, South AfricaMany thanks for the Doggles. Rango, my German Shepherd, suffers from Chronic Superficial Keratitis (a.k.a. Pannus) so he really needs the Doggles. I (a GP for humans diagnosed it and the vet agreed – how's that for cross-training haha!). It will take a while fo him to get used to it so I am taking it slowly. |
